Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ringortho.com and to any order you place with RING ORTHO ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products

RING ORTHO pieces are functional jewelry. They are not a substitute for advice from a hand therapist or healthcare professional. If you are unsure which design suits you, please speak to a hand therapist before you order.

2. Orders

Every piece is made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price is wrong or a piece cannot be made, and if so we will refund you in full.

3. Sizing

You choose your sizes when you order and are responsible for measuring accurately. Our sizing guide explains how. Our Fit Promise lets you exchange your size once within 30 days of delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. Exchanges, returns and refunds

These are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Materials and appearance

Pieces are made in brass or 925 sterling silver. Handmade pieces can vary slightly, and colours can look different on different screens. Metals change naturally with wear and contact with water, skin products and the air. This is not a defect.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its text, photographs, designs and logos belong to RING ORTHO or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Use of the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, copy it automatically, or gain access to parts that are not public.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
