Made to order

Every RING ORTHO piece is made after you order, in your chosen material and sizes. Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes 7 to 14 days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you pay, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Replacement pieces sent for a size exchange under our Fit Promise ship free.

Taxes

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays and other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 21 days from dispatch, contact us and we will look into it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for details.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the address. We can update it only before the order is dispatched.
